Starting in Fall 2009, although it is not mandatory, all Instructors have been asked to provide mid-term grades for students in 100- and 200- level courses. Information on mid-term grading can found at Mid-Term grading.
Instructors will enter mid-term grades during the 8th week of the Spring 2010 semester (between Wednesday, March 3, 2010, starting at 9:00 a.m. through Wednesday, March 10, 2010, at 5:00 p.m.) Students wiil be able to view Mid-term grades using Student Self-Service found at my.UIC.edu on the Academics tab starting at 5:10 pm, Wednesday, March 10, 2010. Please be sure to check your grades so that you have a good indication of where you stand in the course. If you are not doing as well as you'd like, please seek help from your instructor, teaching assistants, advisors, and other sources of support on campus.
Note that the last day to drop a class with college permission is Friday, March 19, 2010.
